Frequently Asked Questions & Policies
We have a 14-day return policy. We will gladly accept the return of any new/unworn item within 14 days of receiving your item. For any item purchased after Nov. 1st, the return window will be extended to Jan. 15th to allow for holiday returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received in and in its original box/packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and order number.
Damages & Order Issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com so we may get it resolved right away.
We will send an email confirmation once your return is received and the refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
Final Sale/Clearance Items
All items noted as final sale/clearance will not be eligible for a return or refund.
